He is survived by: his wife Theresa Best; his children, Joshua Shockley, Matthew Gardner (Jessie), Jeremy Gardner (Brianna), Cynthia Sailors and Ashley Kegebein (Nick); his mother Jean Sailors; his siblings, Kenneth Sailors and Diana Hodges (Samuel); and his siblings-in-law, Tanya Hammonds (Melvin), Michelle Flory (Jeff), William Best (Amanda) and Roger Best (Linda). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
