She was predeceased by: her parents, John Levenda and Mary Levenda; her father-in-law Fred Rich; her brother-in-law Bart Rich; and her granddaughter Michelle Duncan.
She is survived by: her husband Freddie Rich; her children, Ann Marie Waldron (Michael Simmons) of Indianapolis, Stacy Vasilak (Jon) of Griffith, Chrissy Duncan (Don) of Westville and Larry Rich of Hampton; her grandchildren, Katherine Piscione (Tim Moriarty), Jonathon Vasilak, Emily Vasilak and Margo Duncan; her siblings, Mary Margaret Szymanski (Joe), Michaeleen Orelup (Rick) and John Levenda; and her mother-in-law Shirley Rich. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
