Bell (Shively); her husband Robert Dowler of Hoagland, Indiana; her children, Mike Dowler of Hoagland, Indiana, Sandi Selking (Luke) of Hoagland, Indiana and Paul Dowler (Karen) of Crawfordsville, Indiana; her sister Marcia Shaw of Van Wert, Ohio; her grandchildren, Danny Dowler (Alyssa), Casey Clindaniel (Marcus), Jennifer Dowler, Heidi Bush (Zach), Courtney Stack (Scott), Grant Selking (Sarah), Nathan Dowler (Kristy), Andrew Dowler and Jessica Dowler; her great grandchildren, Laine Clindaniel, Calvin Clindaniel, Carter Bush, Ryan Selking, Karlie Selking, Connor Dowler, Addisyn Dowler and Hadley Dowler; and her sister June Brown.
Preferred memorials are to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Soest or the Salvation Army.
