He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Bleeke and Mildred L. Bleeke (Weber); his sister Barbara Kentel (Clifford); and his nephew Matthew J. Kentel. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Rosi" Bleeke of Hoagland, Indiana; and his children, John-David Bleeke (Carrie) of Leo, Indiana and Elizabeth Rose Thacker (Rodney) of Decatur, Indiana. He is also survived by children, five grandchildren and four bonus grandchildren.
In lieu flowers the family prefers memorials be given to Worship Anew, Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Soest – Church Organ Fund, or National Ataxia Foundation.
