James B. Sherlock Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James B. Sherlock of Hoagland, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James B. Sherlock to pay them a last tribute.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sherlock and Cecila Sherlock (Merkler). He is survived by: his wife Becky Sherlock; his daughters, Brooke Sherlock and Tabitha Gorrell; his grandson Sawyer Sherlock; and his sisters, Phyllis Jackson (Keith) and Betty McPheeters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Antioch Lutheran Church and Hoagland Volunteer Fire Department.
