He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smock of Hoagland, Indiana; his daughters, Angela Smock (Larry Westendorf) of Hoagland, Indiana and Amy Frecker (Kurt) of Hoagland, Indiana; his sister Kris; his brother-in-law Jeffrey D. Bultemeier (Patty) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his grandsons, Carter Joseph and Cole David Frecker.
