It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte K. Vaughan of Hoagland, Indiana, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Fuelling and Elaine Fuelling; her husband Steve P. Vaughan; and her son-in-law Jason Smitley. She is survived by: her children, Chad Vaughan (Lori) of New Haven, Indiana, Stacey Fields (Chris) of Hoagland, Indiana and Stephanie Brickley (Jason) of Ossian, Indiana; her sisters, Diana S. Burgan (David) of Ossian and Donna L. Ehinger (David) of New Haven, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Allison Vaughan, Payton Fields, Aidan Vaughan, Preston Fields, Peri Fields, Tyler Vaughan, Jordyn Brickley and Owen Brickley; and her stepgrandchildren, Kaylie and Kelsey Fields.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Antioch Lutheran Church (14908 Minnich Rd, Hoagland, IN 46745).
