He was predeceased by: his father Paul Leroy Allen; and his children, Kyle Leroy and Ashley Ann. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Allen of Kansas; his son Cody Allen (Julie Allen) of Clinton; his siblings, Doug Allen (Sandra) of Center Point, IN, Robin Lawson of Kansas, Kelly Urton (Brent) of Reelsville, IN and Candace Childress (Tommy) of Greencastle, IN.; and his grandchildren, Lainey and Zoey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
