She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Eden and Dott Ann Wagoner (Rusing); her husband Max; and her daughter Betsy Pelfrey. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Cook (Joe); her son-in-law Tim Pelfrey of Covington, KY.; her grandchildren, Doug Cook (Michele), Lori Bazemore (Dustin), Todd Pelfrey (Kristen) and Tess Ocean (Justin); her great grandchildren, Reagan, Harrison, Teddy, Sadie and Colton; her stepgreat-grandchildren, David, Annie and Elliott; and her great great grandchild Meredith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Wallace Lutheran Cemetery, LCC K9 Comfort Dog Fund/Lutheran Church Charities Comfort Dog Ministries or Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Department.
