He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Martin; and his brother Paul VanHook. He is survived by: his wife Sherri J. Graham; his children, Craig VanHook (Teresa) and Bobbie Fisher (Andrew); his grandchildren, Alexis, Averie, Logan, Zoey and Samantha; and his siblings, Tim VanHook (Bonnie), Brenda Leffert (Steve), Diana Lemmons (Russ) and Millie VanHook. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
