He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil High and Zona High (Eackle); and his siblings, Bob High, Cecil, Thomas, Ronnie High, Buena Cunningham (Boo), Nancy High, Mickey Widger and Maxine Roche.
He is survived by: his spouse Bev Ward; his children, Roger High (Joni) of Virginia Beach, VA, Robin Cooper of Indianapolis and Rodney High (Belinda) of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Alyse, Madeline, Alec, Ryan High, Whitney Wolsifer (Luke), Jessica Tribble, Aaron (Lisa) and Kashawndra Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Alexa, Javin and Ellison Cooper.
