It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Arnold Hancock (Hillsboro, Indiana), born in Attica, Indiana, who passed away on May 23, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Hancock and Gladys Marie Hancock (Smith); his wife Delores Hancock; his sons, George Arnold Hancock Jr. (Anna) and Charles F "Chuck" Hancock; his sister Charlotte Starkey; his granddaughters, Holly Newlin, Melissa McConnel and Emma Cloud; and his sister Patricia Marie "Pat" Bowling. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

“Arnold & chuck, i remember your mom and dad, i don't know if your mom is still alive ( i hope she is) but they were good parents to put up with us when we were bumming around fountain county. They didn't give up on you guys and you guys turned out to be good loving children and that what most parents want. I don't make it back home as much as i would like but if you guys ever travel down to the smoky mountains in nc you have a place to stay at our home. John jurss 828/506-1007”
