She is survived by: her children, Kelly Jack and David Alan Smith; her grandchildren, Nathan Alan Jack and Alexa Jack; her great grandchild Julia Jack; and her siblings, Richard Garrard, Susan Gibson (John) and Charlene Havrilesko.
