He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kamizeles and Norma Kamizeles; and his grandson Dakota Shane Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Erin Kamizeles; his children, William R. Kamizeles of Portage, IN., Sheila Bugg (Mark) of Greenville, KY, Erica Perez (Jeffery) of DeMotte, IN and Jessica Coslet of Hammond, IN.; his grandchildren, Amanda, Dusty, Daniel, James, Jenna and Madison; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Allie and Kacey; his brothers, Robert Kamizeles (Bridgette) and James Kamizeles (Denise); his nephew Bobby Kamizeles; his niece Jeanine Davis (Brian); and his cousins, Patty Hayne and Greg Kerr (Tina). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
