She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Pobereyko (Swede); her parents, Joseph Zak and Johanna Zak; and her siblings, Stephanie Ziolkowski, Estelle Rogers, Frank Zak and Henry Zak. She is also survived by loving nephews and nieces, as well as many great-nephews and great-nieces.
