He is survived by: his wife Jill O'Neill; his parents, Victor M. O'Neill and Neisy O'Neill; his daughters, Savannah and Juliana O'Neill; his sisters, Annette O'Neill (David Serrano) and Jessica O'Neill (Fernando Avila); his mother-in-law Judy Birmingham; his siblings-in-law, Jean Carlson (Scott) and Jack Birmingham (Doreen); and his pets, Mork, Mindy and Joshua. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
