Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Cathy; his daughter Suzanne; and his close friend Juice. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Terry (DaVanna) and Stephanie Mason (Scott); his grandchildren, Mylah, Kaemdon, Jaydon, Trevor, Brendon, Jacob, Arin and Essie; his sisters, Jessica Puinti (Anthony) and Sherry Millard (Jeff); his mother Mary Martinez; and his friends, Dawna and David. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
