Though Steven may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Phillips and Virginia Phillips; and his brother Terry Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Hamlin (Michael) and Heather Phillips; his grandchildren, Jax and Kendall Hamlin; his brother DelRay Phillips; his stepmother Sonya Bednarczyk; and his goddaughter Carla. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
