He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta Grace Echterling Wolak. He is survived by: his children, Debra Schreiber, Thomas Wolak (Sharon) and Barbara Wolak. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
