It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dee Long (Highland, Indiana), born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Theresa (Rakowski); his parents, Thelma Long (Willoughby) and Cornelius Long; his brother Victor Long; and his nephew Billy Dee Long.

He is survived by: his children, Christine Ann and David Robert (Donna); and his grandchildren, Emily Marie Long and David Robert Long Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and friends.
