He is survived by: his wife Patti Gerstenberg; his children, Nikki Koth, Boomer, Toni Strle (Billy), Sarah Matusiak and James Zamot (Ashley); his grandchildren, Alisha, Konnor, Nikinzie, Zack, Hailey, Chloe, Juli, Ellie Rose and Jaxson; his siblings, Bonnie Ortega and Bill Gerstenberg; his cousin Patsy McFadden; and his close friends, Dan Rowbotham and Russell Gibson. He is also survived by other numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
