He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palmy and Hermina Palmy (Smoliar); and his wife Evelyn (Devore). He is survived by: his significant other Maralyn Gaza of Highland; his nieces and nephews, Pam Lawrence (Lee), Kimberly Klapkowski (Anthony), Beverly Kleist (John), Michael Devore (Barb) and Jeffery Rompola; and his caregiver Lara Ahlf. He is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews.
