She was predeceased by: her husband Delmar Mattingly; her son David L. Mattingly; her sister Shirley Bowman (George); and her parents, Thomas Frohock and Floyd Ann Frohock.

She is survived by: her son Mark Mattingly (Cindy); and her granddaughters, Rachel Lambert (William) and Sarah Mattingly.
