He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, George Marlow and Ann Marlow; and his sister Georgeann Tomlin. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Marie Marlow and Catherine "Kat" Marlow (Richard Kubic).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Honor Flight Chicago or Our Lady of Grace School in Highland, Indiana.
