She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Scott and Kristi Emanuel; her son-in-law Michael; her granddaughter Sophia of Plains; and her siblings, John Sabol, Bernadine Sabol and Ann Lisowski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Betsy's memory to the SPCA of Luzerne County, honoring her enduring love for animals and her cherished dogs, Coco and Pearl.
