He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kaczka; his children, Jennifer Freeman (Marty), Jeanne Kaczka-Valliere (René), David Kaczka and Jeffrey Kaczka; and his grandchildren, Jarrett Freeman (Tressie Hopper), Chloe Freeman (Navin Pace), Veronica Valliere, Jamie Valliere and Trevina Valliere. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
