He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Collins and Betty Collins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins; his children, Kelly Bates (Jerry), Blake Collins (Ashley) and Greg Collins (Jessica); his stepchildren, Emily Luce and Matthew Allen; his grandchildren, Bradley Collins (Danielle), Zach Bates (Isabelle Dozier), Blake Collins Jr. and Greyson Collins; his great grandchildren, Emberlie Rose Bates and Arabella Marie Collins; his sister Charlene Erwin (Everett); his former wife Sandra Shipp; and his pets, Buster, Mazzey, Monster and Binx.
