We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2023, at the age of 94, Katherine Sakelaris of Highland, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Katherine Sakelaris to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo Sakelaris; and her sister Pagona Lainas. She is survived by: her children, James Sakelaris (Kris Costa) and Mary Ioannides (Chris); her granddaughters, Bernadette Katherine Sakelaris (B. K.) and Eleftheria Donna Ioannides; and her sister-in-law Nikki Sakelaris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Haven House in Hammond, IN or Hellenic College and Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology Brookline, MA in her memory would be appreciated.
