With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne Nestor (Highland, Indiana), born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on March 27, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Nestor, Jr.; her son George Nestor; her siblings, Robert Lewry and Marge Smolinski; and her parents, Marie Lewry and George Lewry.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Nestor, Brian Nestor, Heather Sher (David) and Jessica Johnson (Ron); and her sister Buckett Pendley (Mickey). She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Donations in her honor may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Highland.
