He is survived by: his wife Trish Reynolds; his children, Amanda (Jay), Melissa (Larry), Kurt (Katherine) and Jeremy (Sarah); his grandchildren, Destiny, Steven, Zach, Brayden, Keegan, Declan, Kayden, Ava and Aubrey; his brother Wesley; and his parents-in-law, Scott (Brenda), John (Julie), Lisa (Laurie), Eric (Amber) and Bonnie (John).
In lieu of flowers, donations preferred toward the family.
