He is survived by: his children, Greg Crouse (Amy), Jacob, Joshua, Emma and Gabe (Ana); his great grandchildren, Ezra and Adalaide; his daughter Lori Granno (Thad); his grandchildren, Austin (Tammy), Dakota (Natalie) and Carson (Savanah); his great grandchildren, Carter and Carly; and also Elliot.
