We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2024, at the age of 94, Donald L. Milligan in Highland, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Donald leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clive Milligan and Ida Milligan (Deigner); and his wife Eleanor Milligan. He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis Quinn; his sons, Clifford Milligan and Steven Milligan (Lynn Strange); and his grandchildren, Caitlin Milligan (Nathan Jewell), Ian Milligan (Sydney Gettel) and Colin Milligan.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home (8624 Main St, Honeoye, NY 14471). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (8961 Main St, Honeoye, NY 14471).
