He was predeceased by: his parents, John Biesczat and Marcella Biesczat; his brother Leonard Bezat; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Wojas (late John). He is survived by: his wife Justine Biesczat; his children, Jeff Biesczat (Ilser) and Darci Chidichimo (Dominic); his grandchildren, Ayla Biesczat and Kai Biesczat; and his sister-in-law Carole Bezat.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Share Foundation or Lakeshore Paws in Valparaiso.
