David Leroy Johnson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Leroy Johnson of Highland, Indiana, who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy David Leroy leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though David Leroy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Johnson; his parents, Ruth Johnson and Ernest Johnson; and his siblings, Marcella Turpin, Joyce Kendall, Linda Barber and Robert Johnson.

He is survived by: his brother Richard Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Kuiper Funeral Home (9039 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322).
