He was predeceased by: his birth mother Rhoda Younkers; and his parents, Frank Guy and Mary Carrubba. He is survived by: his children, Michael Carrubba, Donna Carrubba (Ken) and Dawn Rogers (Roy); his grandchildren, Matthew Reeves (Marisol), Megan Custer (Scott) and Ryan Carrubba; and his siblings, Patricia Settle and Jack Younkers (Merry Louise).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests doing something in true David style: fix something for someone, help a stray animal, enjoy a sunny day, or simply spend time with someone you love.
