With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darla Ann Gelnett in Highland, Indiana, who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Darla may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Darla touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Crum and Josephine Miller Crum (Glenn); her husband Perry LeRoy Gelnett; her daughter Beth Ann Gelnett; and her brother Johnny Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Courtney Gelnett of Reynoldsville and Jonathan Gelnett of DuBois.
