He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Christian E. Stahly and Virginia F. Stahly; his wife Anita H. Smith of Decatur; his children, Craig Stahly (Ruth) of West Lafayette, Indiana, Karen Wickert (Jonathan) of Ames and Diane Scales (Mark) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandchildren, Christian Stahly, Catherine Stahly, Tessa Stahly, Rebecca Wickert, Luke Scales and Savanna Scales; and his brothers, Dean W. of Berne and John C. of Geneva.
Memorials are to Salem United Church of Christ or to donors' choice.
