Charmaine Marie (Sherry) Plautz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charmaine Marie (Sherry) Plautz of Highland, Indiana, who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Donald Plautz; her parents, Joseph Sr. Piekarczyk and Genevieve Piekarczyk (Sorakopus); and her brother Dr. Paul Piekarczyk. She is survived by: her children, Camile Stein (Eric), Douglas (Becky), Danette and Alexis Gannon (William); her grandchildren, Thomas, Kimberly, Elizabeth (Erik), Catherine (Derek), Christian (Mary), Mark (Ashley), Michael (Kristin), Eric (Sarah), Daniel (Becca) and Benjamin; and her brother Dr. Joseph Piekarczyk, Jr.. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, her children, extended family.
The family requests donations to be given to Our Lady of Grace School.
