He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartel Zandstra and Gwendolyn Zandstra; his son Kenneth; and his sister Anne Kathi Stoll. He is survived by: his wife Kristin; his daughter Melissa Whiting (Steve Snyder); his grandchildren, Andrew, Jessica and Nathan Whiting; and his nephew Jeff Stoll (Flo).
