He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew M. Kusek, Sr. and Jean Kusek (Jakubiec); his siblings, Gerald Kusek and Ilene Young; and his brother-in-law Orlando W. Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kusek; his stepsons, Christian and Roman Mendez; his granddaughter Nariyah Mendez; his siblings-in-law, Arlene Kusek, Julio Garcia (Juanita) and Patricia Garcia; his nieces, Dawn Niccum (Sean) and Amy Williams; and his nephew Chris Young. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
