He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Czapczyk and Ida Czapczyk; and his sister Katherine Czapczyk. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Czapczyk (Downing); and his sons, Alan and Joseph Czapczyk. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
