He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Baird, Jr. (Heather) of Charlestown, Angela Higdon (Tom) of Henryville and Vangela Lyons (Charles) of Charlestown; his siblings, Ronnie Baird (Denise) of Clarksville, Wilma Shephard (Mike) of Borden, Wendy Richards of Memphis, Opal Lantrip (Frank) of Mount Washington and Vickie Foley of Memphis; and his sister-in-law Angie Baird of Henryville.
