He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert McMinoway and Minnie McMinoway (Pemantel); and his siblings, Homer, Sonny, Carl, Arthur McMinoway and Alice Bridges.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce McMinoway (Bell) of Henryville, IN; his children, Michael Leslie (Cindy) of Henryville, IN and Paula Woods (Dana) of Lanesville, IN; and his granddaughters, Samantha Henley and Nicole Geckler (Deiter). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in honor of Samuel may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
