We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2021, Sally L. (McCullough) Caldwell of Henryville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland McCullough and Hazel McCullough (Campbell); and her siblings, Leota Jayne and Melvin McCullough. She is survived by: her husband Ervin Caldwell; and her children, Cindy Porter (Eddie), Gregory Caldwell (Connie), Pat Patterson (Bob), Machell Mullins (Bobby) and Shawna Law (Mike). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that contributions in Sally's memory be made to the National Kidney Association.
