He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Helen Lorene Burr (Zollman); his siblings, Violet Cherry, Betty Cherry, Charles Burr and Vernard Burr; and his grandson Ryan Embry.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn "Shelly" Embry (Robin) of Henryville, IN, Trevis Burr of Scottsburg, IN, Ronald Eric Burr (Alicia) of Sellersburg, IN, Tiffany Gilbert (Brad) of Memphis, IN and Haley Burr of Clarksville, IN.; and his sisters, Ruth Nasby of Otisco, IN and Norma Goforth of Charlestown, IN.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and had two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mt. Moriah Cemetery c/o Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory.
