He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Swarens (Bagshaw) of Henryville, IN.; his children, Heather Voelker (Martin) of Sellersburg, IN and Justin Swarens (Jamie) of Memphis, IN; his grandchildren, Dustin O'Bannon, Dylan O'Bannon, Skyler Voelker, Kasey Voelker and Aubree Swarens; his sisters, Bonnie Underwood (Max) of Henryville, IN and Judy Branam of Henryville, IN; and his nephews, Tony Higdon, Jason Shumate and Bradley Shumate.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory (209 S Ferguson St, Henryville, IN 47126). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (2320 Henryville Bluelick Rd, Henryville, IN 47126).
