He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Swarens (Bagshaw) of Henryville, IN.; his children, Heather Voelker (Martin) of Sellersburg, IN and Justin Swarens (Jamie) of Memphis, IN; his grandchildren, Dustin O'Bannon, Dylan O'Bannon, Skyler Voelker, Kasey Voelker and Aubree Swarens; his sisters, Bonnie Underwood (Max) of Henryville, IN and Judy Branam of Henryville, IN; and his nephews, Tony Higdon, Jason Shumate and Bradley Shumate.
