He was predeceased by: his parent Theodore "Ted" Harvey; and his brother Timothy Harvey. He is survived by: his parent Norma Harvey (Davis); his spouse Joan Harvey (Higdon); his son Scott Harvey (Kate) of Greenwich, CT; his grandchildren, Theodore Harvey and Caroline Harvey; and his sisters, Susan Herschel of Clarksville, IN and Patricia Harvey.
