She was predeceased by: her parents, James Short and Georgia Short (Bowen); and her brother Jeff Short. She is survived by: her children, April Elliott, Thomas Elliott and Nicole Horn (Lee); her grandchildren, Simon Baldwin (Charlie Vaughn), Addison Johnson, Johnny Horn, Charlie Horn, Everly Horn and Natalie Horn; her great grandchild Theodore Baldwin; and her siblings, Debbie Clagg, Ralph Short (Rachael), Lisa Short, Christy Berks and Jimbo Short. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that contributions in Paula's memory be made to Donor's Choice.
