He is survived by: his mother Ann Hornback (Brown) of Clarksville, IN.; his wife Shari Christine Kinslow (Houghton) of Henryville, IN; his children, Katy Kinslow Kelly (Zachary) of Charlestown, IN, Kristina Schermerhorn of Corydon, IN and James Briley (Melanie Carr) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Eralynn Love Kelly, Kalel Michael Kelly and Aza Love Nordstrom; his siblings, Lynette Kinslow Thomas of Sellersburg, IN and Robbie Joe Hornback of Sellersburg, IN; his nieces and nephews, Hayden Seelye, Keaton Seelye, Austin Shelor, Logan Shelor, Bayley Hornback and Layla Jones; his parents-in-law, Carolyn Houghton of Ramsey, IN and Larry Jones (Kathy); his siblings-in-law, Lori Jones Berry (Jon) and Bryan Jones (Whitney) of Chesapeake, VA; and his pet Otis. He is also survived by brothers & sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins.
