She was predeceased by: her parents, Bub Nelan and Nancy Miller (Duval Neeley). She is survived by: her husband Romie L. Ramsey of Henryville, IN; her children, Carrie Ann Hinson (Dale) of Rockville, VA and Jeremy L. Ramsey of Henryville, IN; her grandchildren, Shyan M. Watts (Patrick) of Clarksville, IN, Miles T. Hinson of Rockville, VA and Addison B. Hinson of Rockville, VA; her great grandchildren, Zaylee N. Watts and Kinsley Grace Watts; and her siblings, Kasandra Ramsey (Carl) of Greenville, IN, Kathy Joe McPherson (Jessie) of Shepherdsville, KY, Debra Hotka of Elizabethtown, KY, Gary Miller (Eileen) of Charlestown, IN and Michael Miller (Debra) of Elizabethtown, KY. She is also survived by numerous brother and sister in laws, nieces, and nephews.
